CLASSES PLAYGROUP, NURSERY, LKG AND UKG

Registration will be done online for all classes through the college website https://ccclucknow.com from the 26th of October 2026.

Parents unable to register online may contact the college help desk during office hours (9:30 am to 12:30 pm) on working days along with the documents (original + photocopy) required.

For admission in PLAYGROUP, NURSERY, LKG and UKG

Online Registration Form will be accessible under the Admission/Registration menu on the Home Page of the college website.

After filling in the Registration Form, a Registration Fee of Rs.1,500/- is to be deposited online. Payment receipt will be mailed on the registered Email ID.

REQUIRED AGE

NOTE:
Birth certificate issued by Nagar Palika is mandatory and date mentioned in the certificate will be treated as final. No other document will be accepted for proof of age.

Documents to be uploaded at the time of registration:
A clear readable file of the required documents, file size not more than 50 KB as per the format given below:

1. .JPG or .PNG - All documents except marksheet.

2. .PDF - Marksheets with multiple pages.

Following is the list of mandatory documents to be uploaded at the time of registration:

Play Group & Nursery

1. Nagar Palika Birth Certificate

2. One passport size latest photograph of the child

3. One photograph of the child with parents (face should be clearly visible)

4. Fitness Certificate issued by a registered Medical Practitioner

LKG & UKG

1. Nagar Palika Birth Certificate

2. Bonafide Certificate

3. School Transfer Certificate

4. Last marksheet received

5. One passport size latest photograph of the child

6. One photograph of the child with parents only (face should be clearly visible)

7. Fitness Certificate issued by a registered Medical Practitioner

NOTE:
Original documents to be brought for verification when called for through SMS. In case any mandatory document like Transfer certificate / report card is awaited from the previous school, please contact the college help desk.

All parents who have applied for admission are advised to check their SMS messages and the official college website regularly for updates regarding the selection of their ward for the interaction/entrance test.

Parents are requested to stay alert and ensure that they do not miss any important updates regarding the admission process. Failure to appear on the specified date for interaction/entrance test, etc. will result in re-allotment of the seat to waitlist candidates.

Points to bear in mind:
Kindly adhere to the date and time allotted for interactions/entrance tests to avoid overcrowding. Parents coming late will not be entertained.

● Registration and Admission fee is non- refundable and non-adjustable.

● Parents applying for admission in Playgroup/Nursery/LKG/UKG, kindly adhere to the age criteria.

● Filling up the registration form does not guarantee admission.

● Forms with wrong / incomplete information will not be considered.

● Admission is strictly on merit. Outside recommendations attempting to influence the admission procedure in favor of your child shall summarily disqualify the child from admission.

● The school does not accept any donation for admission. Please do not pay anyone any amount in lieu of the promise of admission. The school will not be held responsible for such transactions.

● Both the parents must be present for the interaction (except in case of Single Parent).
