REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION
FROM NURSERY TO CLASS 8
SESSION 2025-2026
Registration will be done ONLINE for classes Nursery to 8 for the session 2025-2026 through the School website https://stthomasschoolgonda.co.in
Parents who find it difficult to register online may contact the school office for assistance on all working days during the office hours (9:30 A.M. to 2:30 P.M.) or call on 9919058300.
IMPORTANT DATES
9th of December, 2024: Online Registration Forms will be available (under the Admission/Registration menu on the Home Page of the School website).
After completing the Registration Form, the parent will be required to pay the Registration Fees online, the receipt of which will be sent on the Email Id and the mobile no. mentioned in the Registration form.
30th of January, 2025: Last date for filling the Online Registration Forms.
3rd of February, 2025: Declaration of the Shortlisted Candidates (under the Admission/Registration menu on the Home Page of the School website).
5th of February, 2025: Commencement of interactions with parents (for class Nursery) of the Shortlisted Candidates.
8th of February, 2025: Commencement of entrance examination (for classes LKG to 8) of the Shortlisted Candidates.
Check the Shortlisted Candidates for the interaction/entrance examination date and time.
11th of February, 2025: Declaration of the Final list of Candidates qualified for admission (under the Admission/Registration menu on the Home Page of the School website).
Cost of Registration is Rs. 800/-payable online.
NOTE: NO CHANGE IN THE DATE OF BIRTH WILL BE ACCEPTED LATER.

For Uploading AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION:
1. One self attested photocopy of the Nagar Palika Birth Certificate. (Upto 100 KB in .jpg format only)
2. One passport size photograph of the child. (Upto 50 KB in .jpg format only)
3. One photograph of the child along with the parents. (Upto 50 KB in .jpg format only)
4. Aadhar of the child (upto 100 KB in .jpg format only)
For Verification AT THE TIME OF INTERACTION:
1. Print out of the Registration Form filled online.
2. Self attested photocopy of the documents uploaded along with the originals.
L.K.G. to Class 8
For Uploading AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION:
1. Transfer Certificate. (Upto 100 KB in .jpg format only)
2. Final Report Card for the session 2023-2024. (Upto 100 KB in .jpg format only)
3. One passport size photograph of the child. (Upto 50 KB in .jpg format only)
4. One photograph of the child along with the parents. (Upto 50 KB in .jpg format only)
5. Aadhar of the child (upto 100 KB in .jpg format only)
For Verification AT THE TIME OF INTERACTION:
1. Print out of the Registration Form filled online.
2. Self attested photocopy of the documents uploaded along with the originals.
NOTE
• TO AVOID OVERCROWDING, NOT MORE THAN 50 INTERACTIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN A DAY, SO KINDLY ADHERE TO THE DATE AND TIME ALLOTTED. PARENTS COMING LATE WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
• REGISTRATION FEE IS NON- REFUNDABLE AND NON-ADJUSTABLE.
• KINDLY ADHERE TO THE AGE CRITERIA.
• FILLING UP THE ADMISSION / REGISTRATION FORM DOES NOT GAURANTEE ADMISSION.
• FORMS WITH WRONG INFORMATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
• TRYING TO BRING IN INFLUENCE IN ANY FORM OR FROM ANY QUARTER SHALL SUMMARILY DISQUALIFY YOUR CHILD’S CHANCES OF ADMISSION.
• THE SCHOOL DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY DONATION FOR ADMISSION. SO PLEASE DO NOT PAY ANYONE ANY AMOUNT FOR A PROMISE OF ADMISSION AS THE SCHOOL WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF YOU HAVE BEEN DUPED OF YOUR MONEY AND THIS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE, ANTI – CORRUPTION BUREAU.
• BOTH PARENTS MUST BE PRESENT FOR THE INTERACTION (except in case of FATHER ONLY/MOTHER ONLY/GUARDIAN ONLY).
