Registration will be done online for all classes through the college website https://ccclucknow.com

Parents unable to register online may contact the school office Help Desk during office hours (9:30 am to 12:30 pm) on working days.

For admission in NURSERY, LKG and UKG

Online Registration Form will be accessible under the Admission/Registration menu on the Home Page of the college website.

After filling in the Registration Form, a Registration Fee of Rs.1,500/- is to be deposited online. Payment receipt will be mailed on the registered Email Id and mobile no.

REQUIRED AGE

NOTE:

Birth certificate issued by Nagar Palika is mandatory and date mentioned in the certificate will be treated as final. No other document will be accepted for proof of age.

Documents to be uploaded at the time of registration:

A clear readable file of the required documents, file size not more than 50 KB as per the format given below:

1. .JPG or .PNG - All documents except marksheet.

2. .PDF - Marksheets with multiple pages.

Following is the list of mandatory documents to be uploaded at the time of registration:

Nursery

1. Nagar Palika Birth Certificate

2. One passport sized latest photograph of the child

3. One photograph of the child with parents (face should be clearly visible)

LKG To Class 9

1. Nagar Palika Birth Certificate

2. School Transfer Certificate

3. Last marksheet received

4. One passport sized latest photograph of the child

5. One photograph of the child with parents only (face should be clearly visible)

Class 11

1. Nagar Palika Birth Certificate

2. School Transfer Certificate

3. Migration Certificate (In case of board other than CISCE or coming from another city or state)

4. Marksheet and Pass Certificate of class 10 issued by a recognized educational board

5. One passport sized latest photograph of the child

6. One photograph of the child with parents only (face should be clearly visible)

NOTE:

Original documents to be brought for verification at the time of admission procedure. In case issue of any mandatory document like Transfer certificate / report card is awaited from the previous school, please contact the college Help Desk.

Aadhaar card is not mandatory.

All parents who have applied for admission are advised to please check timely on the website if your ward has been selected for interaction/entrance.

Failure to appear on the specified date for interaction/entrance test, etc. will result in reallotment of the seat to waitlist students.

Admission in class 1 to 9 and 11 is dependent upon availability of seats.

For any further query please contact the college office between 9:30 am to 12:30 p.m. on working days.

Points to bear in mind:

Kindly adhere to the date and time allotted for interactions/entrance tests to avoid overcrowding. Parents coming late will not be entertained.

● Registration fee is non- refundable and non-adjustable.

● Parents applying for admission in Nursery/LKG/UKG kindly adhere to the age criteria.

● Filling up the registration form does not guarantee admission.

● Forms with wrong information will not be considered.

● Admission is strictly on merit. Outside recommendations attempting to influence the admission procedure in favor of your child shall summarily disqualify the child from admission.

● The school does not accept any donation for admission. Please do not pay anyone any amount in lieu of the promise of admission. The school will not be held responsible for such transactions.

● Both the parents must be present for the interaction (except in case of Single Parent).
